How often do you stay in communication about updates and changes to my accounts?
As much as you need or want. We will always offer monthly reporting and recaps for our monthly services and can offer more updates if needed or desired. For some clients, it is important that they know the details of what we are doing and why w are doing it. For many clients, they want to be hands-off and hire us to fully maintain their marketing for them. Either way works for us. It is improtant that you feel comfotable with the services being offered and don't feel confused about strategic decisions. Trust and understanding is key to a healthy business relationship.
Are you the cheapest marketing agency price-wise?
We have not and will not ever decide to be the cheapest marketing agency around. You truly do get what you pay for and although our prices are competitive, they may not always be the cheapest. Who will own my marketing accounts if you take over marketing for my company?
You. It's as simple as that. You should always own your own digital assets and we do not believe in gatekeeping your digital accounts. We prove this by ensuring you always have access to all accounts at all times. We do ask that you not make changes to the accounts without discussing needs with us first, but at the end of the day, you own your website, you own your Google accounts, you own your social media accounts, and you own your databases.

What information do you need from me to get started?
The information we need is dependant upon what services are being offered. For most clients, we need to have a meeting to discuss your goals, branding, and services offered. This helps us to understand what services are best for your business. Not all clients need every service we offer so we want to ensure that you are gettting the best ROI for your budget. We typically start with access to all accounts, an annual goal discussion, and access to any digital assets you may have (logo, typography, branding kit, etc). We will communicate what is needed to get started during the implementation phase.
